We’re looking for a Fleet Coordinator to work with our operations team as the point person for our fixed bus routes mobility partner, Flixbus. This would be a full-time in office position with health insurance benefits and paid time off. We are seeking a strong communicator with the ability to manage fast-paced workload in a stressful environment. The team is small and supports each other like a family, and we’re looking for employees that work well with the team and are autonomous and reliable on their own.
Duties include:
Communicating with mobility partner to schedule and manage fixed bus routes
Provide client support and communicate feedback effectively to management
Conflict resolution and problem solving for drivers, passengers, and mobility partner
Update traffic control with driver status, coach status, and be on call for emergency road-side requests from fleet
Requirements:
College education
Great communication skills
English and Chinese fluency
Detail oriented, organized, multi-tasker
Ability to problem solve and think ahead
