Job Opening: Fleet Coordinator (5/31/22)

We’re looking for a Fleet Coordinator to work with our operations team as the point person for our fixed bus routes mobility partner, Flixbus. This would be a full-time in office position with health insurance benefits and paid time off. We are seeking a strong communicator with the ability to manage fast-paced workload in a stressful environment. The team is small and supports each other like a family, and we’re looking for employees that work well with the team and are autonomous and reliable on their own.

Duties include:

• Communicating with mobility partner to schedule and manage fixed bus routes

• Provide client support and communicate feedback effectively to management

• Conflict resolution and problem solving for drivers, passengers, and mobility partner

• Update traffic control with driver status, coach status, and be on call for emergency road-side requests from fleet

Requirements:

• College education

• Great communication skills

• English and Chinese fluency

• Detail oriented, organized, multi-tasker

• Ability to problem solve and think ahead
