We are looking for a responsible and self-starting person with 3-5 years similar work experience to join our communications team. Travel and tourism is revving back up, it's a perfect time to join and make your mark with Four Season Travel!
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills, including phone, email, intrapersonal
Self-starter, reliable, and independent worker
Comfortable multi-tasking, tracking multiple ongoing projects, campaigns, and details simultaneously, attention to detail is a MUST
3+ year in marketing, brand development, public relations, communications, and/or in person customer service or sales
Fluent in English (writing, speaking, reading), Proficient + in Chinese Mandarin (must be conversational)
Proficient in standard office equipment and software such as Google Drive, Office Suite, Rolling Calls, and Apple/Messaging Apps
Legally eligible to work in the USA
Preferred but not required:
Experience and/or interest in the tourism/travel industry
Bachelors or above in marketing, communications, or comparable
Multi-lingual with experience traveling, communicating, studying in multiple languages
Adobe Photoshop or basic graphic/photo/illustration design
Job duties include:
Reaching out to new leads, following up with existing client relationships, and providing support and soliciting feedback from growing network of partners and clients
Creative problem solving to strategically adapt our business in the evolving tourism and transportation industry
Working with the President of the company to execute client communication campaigns such as email marketing, in-person luncheons, and finding new ways to present and position the company to its optimal customer
Represent the company and be an official point of contact between client and the company
